Policies
- Appointment and Punctuality
- Clients are granted a 9-minute grace period. Kindly refrain from exploiting this allotted time.
- Late fees will be incurred if you arrive 10 minutes or more past your scheduled appointment time. Regrettably, if you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be subject to cancellation to avoid disruption to subsequent appointments. Such instances will be treated as late cancellations, and relevant fees will apply.
2. Cancellations, Rescheduling, and No-Show:
- Our salon implements a cancellation policy for all services and retains the right to impose a cancellation fee for no-shows and late cancellations. A no-show is defined as failure to cancel or attend your appointment . No-shows incur a charge of 100% of the booked services. Late cancellations refer to appointments canceled after the 24-hour grace period. Late cancellations incur a charge of 60% of the booked services.
3. Refund Policy:
- All services rendered are non-refundable. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction, and if there are any concerns with the service, please bring them to our attention within 48 hours for evaluation.
4. Guests Policy:
- To maintain a peaceful atmosphere, we kindly request that only individuals receiving services be present in the salon.
